Pumpkin Seeds
Baking instructions
Pumpkin seeds can be ready to eat in less than an hour. To prepare, rinse the
seeds and place them on a cookie sheet. Salt the seeds and bake them in a oven
heated to 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

| 2 cups pumpkin seeds | |
| 2 tablespoons salt | |
| 2 tablespoons melted butter | |
| vegetable oil |
Separate pumpkin seeds from the pulp but don't wash the seeds. Mix seeds, butter, salt, and stir. Grease baking tray with oil and pour on buttered seeds. Gently shake the pan to even out the seeds. Bake seeds at 200 degrees F. for 45 minutes.

Wash the seeds well. Spread them in a single layer on
cookie sheet to dry. Then, roast them at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 to 30
minutes or until they are dry. Dot with butter and brown for 5 to 10 minutes 400
degrees. Stir often until toasted. Sprinkle with salt, cool and serve

First rinse the seeds to remove the pulp. Next spread the
seeds in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake them in a 300 degree oven for
about 30 to 40 minutes or until golden. Stir them every 5 to 10 minutes. Remove
from the oven and season to taste. Salt works best. After they cool, they make
delicious snacks.
