Italian Pasta Salad
Serves 8

3 Cups (8oz.) Rotini, cooked, drained | |

2 Cups broccoli flowerets | |
|
1 Bottle (8oz.) Kraft House Italian with Olive Oil Blend Dressing | |
|
1 Cup (4oz.) Grated Parmesan Cheese | |
|
½ Cup each chopped red pepper, pitted ripe olives, and sliced red onion |
Toss all ingredients. Refrigerate.
Mike and Melanie's Taco Salad
Serves about 20
|
1 ½ lb Hamburg, fry, drain grease, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste | |
|
3 large tomatoes cut small pieces | |
|
1 large red onion | |
|
¾ head lettuce | |
|
2 – 8oz. Bags of Shredded cheddar | |
|
1 large light Doritos nacho cheese chips broken into small pieces | |
|
1 large bottle Caesar salad dressing. |
When ready to serve, mix all ingredients together.
